Why Does Student Loan Relief, Inc Have an F rating with the BBB if we are a legitimate company?

Great question and one I’m sure gets asked to our employees at least once a week.  And my response is we had an A rating for approximately 2 years and I got tired of paying them $1100 a year for the rating after I saw even the terrorist group Hamas had an A Rating with the Better Business Bureau as reported by ABC News.  This is how you get the A rating–the BBB doesn’t actually look into your company at all nor are they some charitable non-profit bunch of “Do-Gooders” as they attempt to scam us into thinking, rather they are a for profit company that makes money off selling “accreditation” to businesses.  You should see the application for accreditation —in your worst day it would make you buckle over in laughter.  So long story short we used to be accredited and had an A rating for a very long time but when we refuse to give them their mafia style cut they plummeted us to an F from an A with one non-customer complaint.  And lets not even get started on the people that make a fine living blackmailing business owners into giving them money to remove their BBB complaints–may sound far fetched but think about –how much can that F rating cost a business?  If you are a normal company it can be crippling however SLR is not a normal company—we have 20 times more people wanting to sign up than we can handle effectively.  And perhaps maybe when that ratio comes down I will play ball and give the BBB mafia their cut but until then Student Loan Relief is not going to succumb to blackmail rather we prefer to use our funds to help single mothers struggling to put food on the table.
